In order for you to download your files please go directly to your own website and enter the ID and Password given to you by email or fax.

The address that you need to type in your browser is this website's address followed by this symbol "/" and after that type your account ID # followed by your User ID and the extension ".asp"    Please refer to your email or fax for this information.

Example:

If my Client ID # is 25        and my User ID given is "progressive"

then my website for downloads is: www.medbillbuster.com/25progressive.asp

If you do not know your Client ID number call our office immediately at

973-442-9603 or call 973-906-2524 for prompt assistance. You can also send us an email at billing@medbillbuster.com. You client ID number corresponds to our Soft-Aid client ID.

Remember that all files are password protected. If you forgot the password for your files please call our office at your convenience.

If you cannot connect by typing the address on your browser, please click on your corresponding Client ID number. If you don't have a Client ID you will need to close your browser and call our office. You are only allowed to click on you own Client ID number.
